How does it work? It is very simple really. Glamour Handcrafts gives your so many different stitch patterns for you to look at and decide which one(s) you like the best. Then you custom design your own gift or gift set.
Glamour Handcrafts gives you several styles of crochet handbags, scarves, afghans. You decide on the type of gift you want to give. Then you pick the style of the gift. Once you have selected your style you can chose to customize your gift by choosing your color or colors. Or you can even personalize it with the person's full name or initials. You can also embellish your gift item with flowers, hearts, butterflies, or other items that may appeal to you.
At first the process may seem a little unnerving. But when you fully understand the process, it can be fun and exciting, and maybe a bit challenging.
How the process works is this way. Keep these steps handy.
Step One - Decide on what gift you want to give. (handbag, scarf, hat, afghan, baby gift, etc.)
Step Two - Chose the crochet stitch pattern that you like the best. They will be categorized for easy viewing. You can search for Shell Stitches, Pineapple Stitches, Bullion Stitches. There are so many to chose from. And all are very beautiful and fascinating.
Step Three - Decide on what color or colors you want your gift to be. You can view all the color yarns availably by clicking on the Yarn Customization Page. This page lists all the different yarn-makers and the different types of yarn they make as well as the various colors available in a particular yarn category. Again there are so many to chose from.
Step FourDecide on the style of the item you wish to give as a gift. For example, if you want to give a handbag, Glamour Handcrafts gives you a number of different styles to chose from. Round, Oval, or Square. Then you can chose a style where the handbag is made in one solid color. Or you may chose a style where you want stripes, or ripples. You can choose between three different sizes, (S, M, L). You can pick a short strap, or a long strap. You can chose to have a single fastening, or you might chose to have a flap. Or you may chose not to have either one.
